Job Description
Are you an experienced Finance Programme Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale finance and procurement initiatives?
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing PMO team where you will lead cross-functional programmes, drive business outcomes, and embed best practices in programme management across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:- Leading complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple workstreams to achieve key business objectives
- Defining programme objectives, designing solutions, and clarifying business problems to create actionable outcomes
- Driving stakeholder engagement, influencing buy-in at all levels, including senior executives, and ensuring alignment across business units
- Monitoring programme metrics and providing regular reporting to stakeholders
- Managing risk exposure by implementing proactive risk communication, escalation, and mitigation plans
- Supporting stakeholder management and change management, including communications and sustainability of changes
- Partnering with remote, cross-functional teams to ensure delivery, collaboration, and accountability
- Championing continuous improvement, optimising processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance delivery effectiveness
- Mentoring and developing others to strengthen team capability and embed a culture of accountability and feedback
- 8+ years of experience leading large and complex programmes and projects, including cross-functional finance and procurement initiatives
- 5+ years of specific experience managing finance or procurement projects, with accounting or procurement expertise (CPA not required)
- Strong knowledge of programme and project management best practices, with PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification highly desirable
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, Hyperion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365, or PeopleSoft (preferred)
- Experience with technology projects or software development lifecycles (desirable)
- Strong change management skills, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and sustainability of changes
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and gain executive buy-in
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and managing critical conversations
- A growth mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and focus, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment
