Family Solicitor

A reputable and well-established law firm in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law department. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to handle a broad range of privately funded family matters within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.

The Role

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload that may include:

• Divorce and separation
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility
• Cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements
• Financial remedy matters
• Domestic abuse injunctions (non-molestation and occupation orders)
• Advising and supporting clients through all stages of family proceedings

You will work closely with the Head of Department and be encouraged to develop both your technical expertise and client-facing skills.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years' PQE in family law (PQE flexible for strong candidates)
• Strong experience across private family work
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• The ability to manage a full caseload independently
• A sensitive, supportive, and professional approach to client matters
