The Role

We're looking for a motivated and proactive individual who's eager to learn and support our Customer Success team in ensuring that our users get the most value out of our solutions. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client communication, account management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.


What your day-to-day will look like

  • Support the Customer Success team with all project management tasks related to aviation customers.
  • Track and follow up on open tasks, ensuring proper coordination with internal teams (e.g. Product, Tech, Ops).
  • Maintain and improve internal trackers and documentation, developing new ones to standardize processes across all customers.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, taking notes and following up on action points.
  • Collaborate on the development of tools and processes that enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to preparing reports and materials for both internal and external stakeholders.


What you should bring

Technically

  • Studies in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Aviation Management, Data analytics or a related field
  • Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and interpret data.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
