Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Advisor pathway. This opportunity begins with a 10-day customer service training course, designed to prepare you with the essential skills required for the role.

Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be invited to attend a formal interview for the Customer Service Advisor position.

Key Responsibilities (Post-Employment)
  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Respond to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • Accurately record and update customer information
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Work as part of a team to meet service targets and standards
Training Programme (Mandatory)
  • Attend and complete a 10-day customer service course prior to interview
  • Course content includes:
    • Communication and listening skills
    • Handling difficult customers
    • Problem-solving techniques
    • Customer service best practices
  • Attendance and active participation are required
  • A certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the course
Interview Process
