Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

Location: Liverpool - Central

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in a financial services company based in Liverpool. This role involves responding to email queries from investors and professionals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to email queries from investors and professionals, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritise queries and coordinate with other departments to identify root causes.
  • Type and administer correspondence to clients/investors, meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy in all customer and investor correspondence.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, including complaint handling, inbound processing, or banking roles.
  • Strong independent and team working skills.
  • Previous experience resolving complaints.
