We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in a financial services company based in Liverpool. This role involves responding to email queries from investors and professionals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Respond to email queries from investors and professionals, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Prioritise queries and coordinate with other departments to identify root causes.
- Type and administer correspondence to clients/investors, meeting deadlines.
- Maintain quality and accuracy in all customer and investor correspondence.
- Customer service experience, including complaint handling, inbound processing, or banking roles.
- Strong independent and team working skills.
- Previous experience resolving complaints.
