Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Part time positions available at 8 hours per week. Working within the hours of Monday - Sunday, 6:00am - Midnight, with a degree of flexibility required. Evenings and weekends will be required.

SPAR Kilwaughter, 44 Belfast Road, Larne, County Antrim.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock is replenished on a daily basis while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• No previous retail experience required; training is provided.
