Our Deli's are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard working and friendly team make it all happen - from proofing and baking a selection of goods within the bakery department, preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

As Delish Deli Team Member you will:

• Listen to and understand our customers' needs and advise customers about our products and services.
• Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
• Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
• Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
• Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
• Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• No previous retail or foodservice experience is required - we'll provide all the right training.

Working Hours

Full time position of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Sunday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm with a degree of flexibility required. Shortlisted candidates will discuss working hours and shift pattern in further detail at interview.
