What you'll be doing

You'll take responsibility for your own caseload, working directly with a variety of clients across sectors. Expect a mix of interesting, high-quality work, real autonomy, and a supportive team that's always happy to collaborate.

• Advising on business sales and acquisitions, from initial negotiations through to completion
• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Supporting clients on corporate restructures, shareholder matters and partnership agreements
• Conducting due diligence and managing transactional timelines
