Job Description
Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Contact Center Team Leader on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully office based role Mon Fri 8 5 involving leading a team.
Main duties:- To lead team taking inbound calls to arrange bookings.
- To make occasional outbound calls as required.
- To support team development on calls & training.
- To upsell where possible.
- To assist with exceptional customer service.
Experience in Team Lead/Supervisory role
Experience with Motor Trade (non essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal & written communication skills
