Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - Senior Associate - Swindon

An established Legal 500 law firm is expanding its Swindon office in response to growing demand for high-value commercial property work. It is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitorwith 5 years PQE + to join a dynamic team handling a broad range of property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial leases, including grant, renewal, assignment, underletting and alterations
• Lead acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property
• Manage property portfolio matters and oversee options, conditional contracts, pre-emption and promotion agreements
• Support corporate transactions involving property, including share and asset sales
• Advise on secured lending, site development and disposal of completed units
• Build and manage your own caseload while providing guidance and support to junior colleagues

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years PQE in commercial real estate law
• Strong experience in advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial problem-solving skills
• Proactive, commercially minded, with the ability to maintain and develop client relationships
