A Legal 100, entrepreneurial law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to its Commercial Property team in Swindon. You will be joining a progressive culture and be given real scope to shape and grow your practice. This role is suited to an experienced commercial property lawyer who enjoys building client relationships, taking ownership of matters and contributing to the wider growth of a forward-thinking real estate team.

The role includes:

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload with a high level of autonomy
• Supporting partners on complex and strategic matters
• Playing an active role in business development and profile-raising
• Supporting and supervising junior Lawyers within the team

The firm is looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor ideally circa 7+ PQE in commercial property/real estate
• Expertise in Landlord & Tenant, Secured lending and advising developers and landowners
