Commercial Coordinator

Lamex Foods Europe are a multibillion-dollar global food company based in Hertfordshire, who are, thanks to our continued growth and development, looking for highly motivated, Commercial Coordinator to join our expanding team.

Reporting to one of the Directors, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with existing team and assisting the Commercial Director with everyday tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales support
• Communicate daily with clients to meet their needs and the needs of the business.
• Help streamline processes through tasks
• Analise data for trends our sales or supply chains
• Assist the team to execute commercial plans to drive growth and efficiency
• Organise and attend meetings
• Have experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain administration
• Work with internal teams, supply chain, logistics, technical and commercial
• Learn about food quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Have a positive professional attitude, be self-motivated
• Good time management
• A curious mind, eager to further develop own skill set
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and functions - clients and colleagues
• Client locations can often be in areas not easily accessed by public transport therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is a necessity
• Proficiency in data entry, reporting systems, Microsoft excel and intermediate spreadsheet functions
