3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) for an established residential nursing home in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This opportunity offers an experienced nursing professional the chance to support high-quality resident care, lead nursing teams and contribute to clinical governance and service improvement. What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams.
• Support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Oversee care planning, clinical assessments and nursing documentation.
• Promote compliance with HIQA standards and relevant regulations.
• Support staff supervision, training and professional development.
• Contribute to risk management, resident safety and quality improvement.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Need

• Recognised nursing qualification with active NMBI registration.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical leadership and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting nursing teams and maintaining high care standards.
