What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing teams.
• Support safe, high-quality and person-centred resident care.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care plans and nursing documentation.
• Promote compliance with HIQA standards and relevant regulations.
• Support staff supervision, training and professional development.
• Contribute to risk management, resident safety and service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Need

• Recognised nursing qualification with active NMBI registration.
• Relevant nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical leadership and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical governance.
• Experience supporting nursing teams and quality care delivery.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
