Clinical Lead RN - Neuro Rehab & Quality

Active Care Group is seeking a Clinical Lead - RGN for its Chislehurst service. The role involves leading clinical care for a 15-bed residential unit for adults with brain injury or neurological conditions, with a focus on safeguarding and governance.

You will work with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality, safe and compassionate care, while promoting a culture of patient-centred care and continuous learning within a high performing team.
