London Fire Brigade (LFB) seeks a Culture, Belonging and Inclusion Manager to coordinate the team delivering DEI engagement and evaluation interventions across the organisation. The role requires outstanding communication skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external.

The successful candidate will lead the team responsible for designing, facilitating and delivering organisational interventions, with DEI experience valued though not essential.
