Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Lead

AVK is scaling rapidly across the UK and Europe, building capability across new product lines. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end hiring for our finance, sales and enabling services teams across the UK & Europe.

You'll design hiring processes, partner with People Partners, L&D and the SLT to ensure a proactive talent function, build pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate and internal mobility experience.
