The Role

Accommodation Services are recruiting a motivated individual to work as part of the Accommodation Team. The role involves day-to-day cleaning duties and deep cleaning in student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean accommodation areas to high standards
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Report defects, damage, or hazards
• Assist with stock control
• Respond to customer queries and complaints
• Support promotional activities such as open days
• Participate in training and development

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible and adaptable
• Reliable and organised

Desirable Skills

• Experience in hospitality or cleaning
• Knowledge of health and safety
• COSHH or manual handling training
