Job Description
The Role 
Accommodation Services are recruiting a motivated individual to work as part of the Accommodation Team. The role involves day-to-day cleaning duties and deep cleaning in student accommodation.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and clean accommodation areas to high standards
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Report defects, damage, or hazards
- Assist with stock control
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Support promotional activities such as open days
- Participate in training and development
- Customer-focused approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible and adaptable
- Reliable and organised
- Experience in hospitality or cleaning
- Knowledge of health and safety
- COSHH or manual handling training
