Job Description
The London Borough of Bexley is seeking a committed Personal Adviser to support care-experienced young people aged 18-25 as they transition from care to independence. You will manage a caseload within the Leaving Care team and provide 1:1 advice, information, and guidance under the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children and Social Work Act 2017.
