What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality food in busy event kitchens
• Supporting kitchen teams during major sporting events, concerts, and exhibitions
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Working efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Delivering consistently high standards of food service

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience at Chef de Partie level or above
• Previous experience in high-volume catering, events, stadia, banqueting, or hospitality venues
• Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes
• Professional, reliable, and hardworking approach
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness (training can be provided if required)
• Ability to travel across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands
