Build experience across a variety of venues and events
What You'll Be Doing- Preparing and cooking high-quality food in busy event kitchens
- Supporting kitchen teams during major sporting events, concerts, and exhibitions
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Working efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Delivering consistently high standards of food service
- Minimum 3 years' experience at Chef de Partie level or above
- Previous experience in high-volume catering, events, stadia, banqueting, or hospitality venues
- Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes
- Professional, reliable, and hardworking approach
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness (training can be provided if required)
- Ability to travel across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands
