Care Team Leader: Complex Needs & Homelessness

You Matter is seeking a proactive care leader to oversee a complex homelessness support service at Hestia House in Liverpool. You will line-manage four staff, supervise shifts, and ensure delivery of high quality housing and support.

The role requires strong safeguarding, risk assessments, training coordination, and collaboration with partners. You will drive KPI reporting, engage residents, and prepare for CQC inspections.
