Job Description
As Business Support Administrator, you will;
- Providing administrative support to the centre management team.
- Assisting in the coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Managing correspondence and handling queries promptly.
- Maintaining records and databases up-to-date.
- Preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Ensuring the office environment is organised and functional.
- Liaising with other departments and retailers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supporting the team in any additional tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Support Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of administrative processes and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
