Job Description

As Business Support Administrator, you will;

  • Providing administrative support to the centre management team.
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Managing correspondence and handling queries promptly.
  • Maintaining records and databases up-to-date.
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Ensuring the office environment is organised and functional.
  • Liaising with other departments and retailers to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supporting the team in any additional tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Support Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of administrative processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
