If so, this position is for you!Your responsibilities:- Plan and conduct internal and external audits according to the X program by OFAC- Develop and maintain the internal and external audit process- Write audit questionnaires and develop the current compliant X reference framework- Ensure the conduct of audits, follow-up and propose improvements to the Safety & Compliance Manager in case of malfunctions or security measures- Evaluate regulatory compliance, adherence to internal procedures, and analyze discrepancies by identifying the root causes of non-conformities- Control the safety management process and ensure regulatory monitoring- Develop and update safety processes and procedures to facilitate the understanding of standards and ensure the updating of audit and monitoring dashboards to guide corrective actions- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPI) related to safety and produce periodic reports for management and safety authorities- Conduct inspections in the airside to ensure compliance with procedures and maintain a safety cultureYou have a university degree or equivalent in the aeronautical field, complemented by experience in auditing, and are proficient in French and English both orally and in writing. You have at least 5 years of experience in the aeronautical field as well as 3 years in conducting audits. You possess a very good knowledge of aeronautical standards and regulations, the aerodrome management process, as well as the Safety Management System (SMS) and the operation of an airport and its facilities. You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, precision, as well as for your excellent writing skills and interpersonal skills.Embark on a unique experience!
