Your charisma, leadership, and people skills will allow you to unite partners and teams around projects that closely meet the needs of the people we serve.In direct support of the AMIG director, the structural and financial steering manager contributes to the implementation of the directorate's priorities. He/she ensures resource control, data reliability, process coherence, and the monitoring of the roadmap. He/she provides structured support to managers in managing their operations and participates in ensuring the performance and sustainability of activities.Main activities:You ensure the governance of the roadmap and project steering: you contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the AMIG roadmap, coordinate projects, and prepare the necessary notes, analyses, and files for steering the directorate; You provide support for budgeting and financial monitoring: you coordinate the AMIG budget with the management teams, analyze discrepancies, and ensure compliance with financial commitments related to Management Control; You ensure the coherence of resources, in accordance with the objectives defined in the roadmap: you assist managers in managing their resources, change, and contribute to identifying efficiency levers; You ensure the steering and coherence of internal processes: you lead or co-lead structural projects (references, procedures, systems), ensure the clarity and transversality of processes, and ensure compliance with institutional, legal, and regulatory frameworks; You represent the AMIG in project groups led by internal or external partners; You contribute to risk management by identifying vulnerabilities and supporting their management.
