What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead audits from start to finish, working closely with clients and managing the audit team.
• Prepare financial statements following UK GAAP.
• Review junior staff's work, offering guidance and feedback to help them grow.
• Handle a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-notch service that meets our quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including visits to their sites.
• Spot areas for improvement in clients' business processes and suggest possible changes.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is ACA/ACCA nearly or newly qualified or has solid experience (QBE).
• Has a strong background in auditing within a practice environment.
• Knows their way around UK GAAP and financial reporting.
• Can solve problems, analyse things critically, and manage time like a pro.
• Is a natural at leading and managing a team.
• Has top-notch communication skills and can chat easily with clients at all levels.
