Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct audit fieldwork and review under FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts for group and standalone companies.
• Provide corporate tax compliance support alongside our tax department.
• Assist in ad hoc advisory work such as group restructures and due diligence.
• Engage in direct client communication, supporting the delivery of year-end and management reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in audit, with a strong understanding of FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
• Knowledge of corporate tax compliance.
• Ability to handle advisory tasks such as due diligence and group restructures.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of direct client interactions and managing client relationships.
