The team are expanding into Europe and are looking for a top-ranked Associate to join and focus on the origination, execution, and asset management of direct equity transactions from the London office.

What the job involves

• Involvement in the full deal process, from origination through to execution
• Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
• Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
• Monitoring the existing portfolio and exits

Who we are looking for

• Experience of working in a fund or in aTMT / digital infrastructure investment banking team
• First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
