Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same
• Assist in the training of existing and new staff, demonstrating quality work to lead by example
• Manage back stock and inventory
• Make multiple daily posts on social media pages (reels, posts, stories)
• Presort and buy incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from vendors
• Organize racks, process merchandise, tag, and process product
• Ring out customers at the register and teach sales techniques
• Monthly sales bonus potential
