Role and Responsibilities Client-facing role with full project delivery responsibility Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project progress Produce technical drawings and detailed construction information Deliver projects across all RIBA work stages Ensure compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations

The Ideal Candidate RIBA Part III qualification obtained in the UK Sufficient experience in a UK-based, design-led practice Strong technical and design skills Experience delivering UK residential projects Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp Skilled in Adobe Suite Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
