Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a varied administration role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team based onsite daily at Pyle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on being organised, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to colleagues and clients alike.
What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of the administration team, you'll play an important role in keeping the operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Organising hotel and travel accommodation
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
- Accessing and updating client portals
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries professionally
- Managing photocopying, scanning and filing
- Providing administrative support across the business
- Offering cover and support for fellow Administrators when required
We're seeking someone who is:
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads
- A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
The role operates on a two-week rotating shift pattern with a 1-hour lunch break:
Week 1: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Week 2: 9:00am - 5:00pm
