Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts Administrator Job - Milton Keynes

We are recruiting for a Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts Administrator in Milton Keynes to support a busy operations and finance team within a manufacturing environment.

This administration job in Milton Keynes is ideal for candidates with experience in purchasing administration, logistics coordination, invoicing, or accounts support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing administration including raising purchase orders and managing supplier communication
  • Logistics administration including shipment tracking, delivery updates, and documentation management
  • Accounts support including invoicing, payment tracking, and credit control activities
  • Maintaining accurate ERP data and business records
  • Supporting internal teams including sales, production, and stores
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in administration, purchasing, logistics, or accounts
  • ERP system experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £30,000
  • Full time permanent role
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:30, Friday 8:00-12:00
  • 22 days holiday (including Christmas shutdown allocation)
  • Pension: 4.5% employer contribution
