Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts Administrator Job - Milton Keynes
We are recruiting for a Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts Administrator in Milton Keynes to support a busy operations and finance team within a manufacturing environment.
This administration job in Milton Keynes is ideal for candidates with experience in purchasing administration, logistics coordination, invoicing, or accounts support.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing administration including raising purchase orders and managing supplier communication
- Logistics administration including shipment tracking, delivery updates, and documentation management
- Accounts support including invoicing, payment tracking, and credit control activities
- Maintaining accurate ERP data and business records
- Supporting internal teams including sales, production, and stores
- Experience in administration, purchasing, logistics, or accounts
- ERP system experience preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Salary: £30,000
- Full time permanent role
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:30, Friday 8:00-12:00
- 22 days holiday (including Christmas shutdown allocation)
- Pension: 4.5% employer contribution
- Company healthcare scheme after probation
