A well-established and growing hospitality group is currently seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join the team at one of its flagship 4-star properties in the Midwest region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to join a progressive organisation that places strong emphasis on guest experience, team culture, and operational excellence.
The RoleThe successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the accommodation department, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained across guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations.
The role requires a hands on leader who can drive standards, manage teams effectively, and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of the accommodation department
- Ensure all guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to high 4-star standards
- Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team
- Prepare departmental rosters in line with occupancy levels and operational requirements
- Monitor productivity, quality standards, and departmental efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with senior management and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accommodation or housekeeping management role within hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service focus
- Strong problem solving and decision making capability
- High standard of spoken and written English
- Hospitality or industry related qualification advantageous
Flexibility is essential, as the role will include weekend work.
