Strategy Project Manager

Pax8 is looking for a Strategy Project Manager to join our team in Bristol, leading complex, high impact initiatives across our EMEA organisation as we continue to scale our cloud marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and sees undefined spaces as an opportunity to create clarity, momentum, and results.

What you'll be doing

• Leading complex, strategic projects from concept through to delivery across multiple teams and regions
• Translating business strategy into clear, executable plans with measurable outcomes
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive decision making
• Creating clarity through structured governance, reporting, and risk management
• Driving continuous improvement in how we plan, deliver, and scale initiatives across Pax8

• Substantial ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse teams
• Proven strength in turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
• Considerable experience with programme governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
• A strategic mindset paired with a hands on, delivery focused approach
