Job Description

A well-established and growing hospitality group is currently seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join the team at one of its flagship 4-star properties in the Midwest region.

The Role

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the accommodation department, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained across guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations.

The role requires a hands on leader who can drive standards, manage teams effectively, and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of the accommodation department
  • Ensure all guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to high 4-star standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team
  • Prepare departmental rosters in line with occupancy levels and operational requirements
  • Monitor productivity, quality standards, and departmental efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures and company standards
  • Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with senior management and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accommodation or housekeeping management role within hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service focus
  • Strong problem solving and decision making capability
  • High standard of spoken and written English
  • Hospitality or industry related qualification advantageous

Flexibility is essential, as the role will include weekend work.
