Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Provide high quality, proactive 1:1 and group support to young people
- Work in partnership with Contextual Safeguarding Youth Workers
- Develop and deliver specific direct work responses for individual needs
- Connect young people with relevant services and support
- Experience in Contextual Safeguarding Youth Work
- Skills in developing strong relationships with young people
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Capability to implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Experience of working with vulnerable teenagers
