Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Responsibility for the quality of Technician output, ensuring we are maximising productivities, efficiencies and profitability.
- Carry out monthly performance reviews providing feedback and support.
- Managing and delegating the workload ensuring efficient running of the workshop.
- Demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Mentoring and developing our team of Technicians to ensure they are meeting all aspects of the BMW training programme and their own personal development.
- Building strong relationships between the workshop and Service Advisors to ensure our customers' expectations are prioritised.
- Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are maintained in the Workshop.
- Ensuring our workshop facilities and standards are maintained.
