Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the quality of Technician output, ensuring we are maximising productivities, efficiencies and profitability.
  • Carry out monthly performance reviews providing feedback and support.
  • Managing and delegating the workload ensuring efficient running of the workshop.
  • Demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Mentoring and developing our team of Technicians to ensure they are meeting all aspects of the BMW training programme and their own personal development.
  • Building strong relationships between the workshop and Service Advisors to ensure our customers' expectations are prioritised.
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are maintained in the Workshop.
  • Ensuring our workshop facilities and standards are maintained.
