Workshop Controller - Lead Auto Bodyshop Ops & Quality

Venatu Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller for a leading, manufacturer-approved accident repair centre in Northampton. You will take ownership of workshop operations to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, to high quality standards, and with outstanding customer satisfaction.

In this role you'll manage daily workflows, allocate repairs across teams, work closely with assessors, parts advisors and technicians, and drive continuous improvement while complying with
