Theatre Lead - Perioperative Care & Team Mentor

Circle Health Group is seeking a Lead Theatre Practitioner at Hendon Hospital. The role covers 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern, focusing on leading perioperative care and maintaining safety standards across the theatre team.

You will mentor staff, ensure patient safety checks, and support competency development while delivering high quality, patient centred care within a multidisciplinary environment. Experience in independent healthcare is preferred.
