Windscreen Technician Assistant - Norwich

We're looking for Mobile Technician Assistants to join our team, supporting our Mobile Technicians in delivering high-quality vehicle glass repairs and replacements across a variety of vehicles.

As a Mobile Technician Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning valuable skills, supporting daily operations, and developing your knowledge with the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified Mobile Technician role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting Mobile Technicians with vehicle glass repairs and replacements
• Preparing vehicles, tools, and equipment for repair work
• Supporting technicians in delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and stock levels
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Learning technical skills and industry knowledge through on-the-job training
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

What We're Looking For

• A practical, hands-on approach to work
• Interest in automotive, mechanical, or technical work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential
