Job Description

- Champion training and development by collaborating with Bramley and other suppliers to align both offerings, strengthening partnership and enhancing skills.
- Reimagine the guest experience to deliver deeply personalised, intuitive and memorable wellness journeys.
- Ensure the environment, service flow and emotional experience reflect refinement, calm and exclusivity for all guests and members.
- Ensure team are always maintain impeccable personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day wellness & spa operations, that fosters a strong team culture.
- Monitor guest usage and feedback of wet areas to inform improvements in comfort, experience and hygiene.
- Ensure consistency, integrity, and excellence in delivery throughout all wellness touchpoints.
- Maintain retail displays, wellness and wet areas with high visual standards.
- Monitor stock levels, complete regular stocktakes and ensure all products and plant room chemicals are available.
- Curate an exceptional wet area experience, ensuring pool, hot tub, and steam room reflect the overall luxury wellness journey through ambiance, cleanliness and comfort.
- Collaborate with instructors and brand partners to elevate the experience.
- Support the presentation and ambience of Wellness & Spa reception to reflect our boutique positioning.
- Oversee and optimise spa and membership technology including; booking engines, property management integration and client databases ensuring a seamless reservations process.
- Oversee all wellness & spa operations while implementing improvements to systems, flow and efficiency.
- Ensure consistency, integrity and excellence in delivery throughout all wellness touchpoints, to ensure guest journey delivers from arrival to departure.
- Integrate luxury wellness trends, evidence-based practices, and guest insight into offerings.
- Proactively report maintenance, safety or equipment matters to protect both guest experience and operational excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
- Partner with our leadership team to contribute strategic insight, vision and commercial perspective.
- Drive guest loyalty and repeat bookings by delivering memorable, high-quality treatments and experiences.
- Maintain accurate records that support retention and personalised service.
- Oversee wellness membership accuracy to support retention strategies, personalised offers and seamless wellness experiences.
- Enhance both membership and guest databases to support marketing strategies and enhance future opportunities of growth.
- Drive spa retail growth by developing and implementing product merchandising, personalised guest recommendation and sales initiatives.
- Fostering a culture of product knowledge to enhance team engagement and maximising retail opportunities.
- Protect the spa's commercial performance through compliance, efficiency and consistent service standards.
- Proven experience managing luxury spa and wellness operations.
- Visionary, creative, and commercially savvy, with a strong business mindset.
- Passionate about guest wellbeing, delivering transformative and memorable experiences.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Level 3 qualified Spa Therapist (beneficial).
- Pool plant room and lifeguarding qualifications are beneficial but not essential; full training can be provided for the right candidate.

HOURS:Full-time, 40 hours per week - to include evenings and weekends
