We are currently recruiting Welders / Fabricators for a well-established client based in Essex. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and progression.

• MIG welding (preferred)
• TIG welding experience also considered
• Fabrication work from drawings
• Workshop-based role

• Previous welding or fabrication experience
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• MIG welding experience ideally required (TIG welcomed)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• £12.71 per hour to start
• Pay increase once permanent
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Immediate start
