Money Advice & Welfare Benefits Lead - Community Outreach

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking 3 committed individuals to deliver Money Advice from various locations in Cardiff. The roles require proven customer service experience and knowledge of welfare benefits, housing benefits, and council tax reduction. Responsibilities include advising clients, supporting team expansion, and assisting in outreach activities. This is a temporary position available until March 31, 2027, with a need for evening and weekend availability. Ability to speak Welsh, Somali, Arabic, or Polish is advantageous.
