The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to lead day-to-day production operations on a designated shift. Reporting to the MCPH Unit Manager, you will ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in line with all KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver production schedules, productivity, yield, and labour targets
• Lead and develop Supervisors and production teams
• Drive GMP, food safety, quality, H&S, and environmental compliance
• Control labour costs and support cost-saving initiatives
• Minimise downtime and support preventative maintenance
• Promote Lean and continuous improvement practices
• Manage attendance, incidents and employee relations
• Provide performance feedback and employee development

About You

• 3+ years' experience in FMCG / food production
• Experience in Live Food Operations essential
• Degree in Food, Operations, or Management (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Lean, CI, and H&S standards
