- Ensure inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards.

- Provide counseling to employees in the program.
- Require a bachelor's degree in a related area.
- Typically report to top management.
- Manage through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
- Contribute input to strategic decisions affecting the functional area of responsibility.
- Manage and coordinate office operations, including reception, mail distribution, and supplies procurement.
- Implement and maintain efficient physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productive work.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and office-related matters.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office facilities are well-maintained.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.
- Oversee security protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
- Monitor office expenditures and work within allocated budgets.
- Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
- Distribute internal announcements, memos, and updates as necessary.
