We're seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. As the Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive workspace.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage, design, and implement policies and procedures related to the company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Ensure inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards.
  • Provide training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems.
  • Provide counseling to employees in the program.
  • Require a bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • Typically report to top management.
  • Manage through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
  • Contribute input to strategic decisions affecting the functional area of responsibility.
Administrative Oversight
  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including reception, mail distribution, and supplies procurement.
  • Implement and maintain efficient physical and digital filing systems.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productive work.
Staff Support
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and office-related matters.
Facilities Management
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office facilities are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.
  • Oversee security protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
Budget Management
  • Monitor office expenditures and work within allocated budgets.
  • Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and recommend operational efficiencies.
Communication
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
  • Distribute internal announcements, memos, and updates as necessary.
